Meet the wonder twins, Julie and Joey! These 5-year-old bother and sister Shih Tzu/English Cocker Spaniel mixes are just the cutest dogs with the sweetest personalities.  Their owner unfortunately had to surrender them because of health reasons and wanted to give his beloved companions a second chance at finding a great home together. Julie and Joey both know their basic obedience commands including sit, down and stay. They are housetrained and love to run in and out of a doggie door into a yard.  Both love to cuddle and can't wait to find a new family to love unconditionally. SPCA Tampa Bay would love to see these 2 get adopted together, so if you have room in your home for 2 new bundles of joy, then stop by the Largo Shelter to Meet Joey and Julie.
